Registration at St. John can now be completed online.  All forms must be completed and signed by parents/guardians. 

The personal information contained on the forms is collected in accordance with the Education Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Emergency Response Procedures information is collected for the purpose of responding to a medical emergency and will be reviewed annually. Questions with respect to this information should be directed to the school School Administrative Assistant .

For elementary grades (FDK-8), registration process is now available online only.   Click  here to get started.

Please note that registration for kindergarten usually takes place in early January.

When all registration forms are completed the following documents will be required for your child(ren) to be enrolled at St. John School. 

• • Your child's original Canadian Birth Certificate or other proof of age, (ie: passport, original immigration papers)

  • Your child's original baptismal certificate

  • Your child's immunization record

  • Confirmation of permanent address

  • Confirmation of Separate School Property Tax Support

  • Your babysitter or daycare's name and address, if your child will spend part of the day in their care

  • Documentation about your child's needs, if applicable, such as special education reports

  • Details about your child's medical conditions and/or medication requirements, such as allergic reactions or physical disabilities
